Last year around this time, I ran a poll asking people whether or not their agency (PR, digital, creative, whatever) had Summer Fridays (a full day off from work on a rotating basis throughout the summer).
Just 33% of voters claimed they did in fact get this perk. I was surprised by that number, and still am. Are you?
